Kate’s 4th Birthday!

Her birthday was a couple weeks ago, but I wanted to post some of the images from her fun day.  Kate’s birthdays have been an excuse for us to have friends over to celebrate the end of summer and enjoy a fun day together as friends & family.  However, as she is getting older and choosing her friends from school and church, I’m starting to see how this may get a little out of hand if we continue this trend.  (No honey… it is not out of hand YET!)  This year we invited the families from her church class and a few friends from her preschool class… kept our extended family to a minimum and still had over 80 people come celebrate with us!

As always, a big thanks to my parents for letting us take over their yard and house… my sister for most of the yummy cookies, cupcakes, and treats, and Kim at The Event Essentials for the beautiful signs and invitations.

Benjamin’s Bar Mitzvah - Scottsdale

It is always such an honor to work with kind and gracious families, but this one really stands out.  I was so impressed with this 13 year old… his perfect manners and respect, knowledge, and his love for others, life, education, and his religion.  He did a flawless job during the service and the party afterward at The Commemorative Air Force Museum in Mesa was so unique and memorable for all those who attended.

Brides by Demetrios - Gainey Ranch

Here’s a few of the highlight images from our photo shoot at the gorgeous Gainey Ranch Golf Club.  Each of our beautiful models wore dresses from Brides by Demetrios - one of my favorite bridal dress shops in town.  They are located in Old Town and are just fabulous to work with.  I also need to include a big thank you to Gina Schroeder for the amazing make-up and styling and Jordan Cook for her beautiful hair styling!
