I’m so excited that I finally took a couple minutes to look through the archives to find a picture of my kids from this summer to enlarge on hang on my wall. I’m sad to say that the last time I enlarged a picture of my kids was when Ryan was only about 16 months old! And here Kate will be turning 3 next month!

Out of all of the images I took during this session, this is hands down my favorite. I don’t know if this little guy is the next Romeo or just enjoying a little morning snack… But either way, it just shows how different boys and girls are… and makes me smile!
Lily and Evan were so fun to work with… I was about to pack them up with my camera gear and take them home… I mean, who wouldn’t want to have these cute little smiles around all day long?

That is what this little girl is made of. She was just so dang sweet… I couldn’t stop cuddling with her! She was alert and happy at the beginning of the session… and then quickly fell right to sleep - right through all the handling and positioning and the noise and excitement of her older brother and sister *helping*!
I think this is one of my all-time favorite moments. My kids definitely have had their sweet moments, but to get all three of them in a photo being so soft, gentle, and sweet to each other at such close proximity… um, no way! For all of those who have children, you know first hand what an incredible moment this is not only to happen, but to orchestrate in a photo session! 
Meet Miss Charlotte, or as friends and family have nicknamed her, Charlie… at 2 weeks old, she rocked her modeling debut!
And if she is anything like her big brother and sister… I think this is just the beginning! Man, these kids are just too cute!

Last week I had the pleasure of meeting this great family out at the beach in California. We got up at the crack of dawn to beat the Memorial Day crowds and had a great time playing in the sand! These relaxed, fun, casual sessions are my favorite! I just love watching the personalities sneak out as they get to play and relax in a fun environment.

I had the pleasure of meeting this beautiful family last week for some LONG overdue family photos! I loved watching the kids play and interact with each other. Here’s a few from our session.
This little sweetie was so shy at first… she wasn’t quite sure what to think about being in the center of attention with a complete stranger…
But from the comfort of her parent’s legs (and we all know what a comfort that is), she started to warm up a bit…
I just love these two… the kids had a blast playing at the park, and I think I was able to capture some of their more natural smiles and playfulness here.
