We love you, Mike, and hope you have an amazing day! You are a wonderful father, husband, example, leader, and especially friend!

The kids went to my parent’s house last night while Mike and I were at Parker’s school. Mike ended up taking the kids home to get them in bed so I could run out and pick up his birthday gifts. (Don’t even say it… it wasn’t the LAST minute!) Before I left, we talked about Mike’s birthday and the kids were getting really excited… who wouldn’t for an excuse to have cupcakes, right?
Anyway, when Mike got home, he went straight into Kate’s room to change her and the boys took off. They were really quiet (always a scary sign) so he walked around the house to find them. He walked into our room and the boys said, “Dad, you can’t come in here! We are wrapping your presents!” Needless to say, he walked away and a few minutes later they came out with gift bags filled with tissue paper! Matching tissue paper, for that matter! Yes, a proud moment for mom here… but back to the point…
This morning the boys were so excited to give dad THEIR gift - *treasures* and favorite things that they so kindly decided to share with Daddy on his special day.
It seems like these moments don’t happen enough, but when they do, I feel really blessed to know that underneath the fighting, selfish, whining exterior, these boys really truly do care and have such sweet hearts.
Thank you, Mike… for being such a great father and a great example in their lives. I’m sure this is a birthday you will not soon forget!

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Gina yesterday. She is amazing and does beautiful work! I am looking forward to working with her in the future. For all you brides out there, you definitely need to give Gina a call! Here is a sneak peak of some of the shots we got of her models.
